Hi. I've just upgraded to FC6, from FC4. I did everything as per my last Linux install and it went smoothly, except that it said the current configuration of Grub was not correct. So I set up Grub again, just like I did last time, installing Grub on the MBR, with Fedora as my default OS.
I get no Grub menu at startup. It just takes me straight to the "Windows failed to start" page. I don't understand why this isn't working. It is exactly the same set up I have always had, except that now it is Core 6 instead of 4. Any help would be appreciated. I googled for Grub issues but nothing really helpful showed up - not that I could find, anyway. Most howto's etc seem to either expect that I can get into the Linux installation already, (to modify Grub config files) or that Linux is on the 1st HD, and the rest deal with different problems. WinXP SP2 is on my first drive, FC6 on the second. I assume that I could probably boot into Linux if I opened up my box and physically switched the drives around, but I'd really rather not... Any help would be appreciated, even if it's just a point to a tut that I may have missed in my search. [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] ------------------------ Yahoo!
