Although it was written for RH 6 or 7, there's an example of how to do
this in the list faq at
http://home.nyc.rr.com/computertaijutsu/linfaq.html  You should be able
to boot from the Fedora CD and choose rescue.  

- From there, you should be able to get into /boot/grub and edit what
needs to be edited and reinstall grub on the MBR.
