NumPy, Skill level with Windows is about 7 out of 10, with Linux, can we use negative numbers? I've never used it other than when I worked for Amazon.com, and that Linux system was a joke... probably the oldest version available.
As far as what I want to do, I just bop around on the net, for which I use FireFox for, get email which I now use Tunderbird, I edit photos with Photoshop Elements, basic stuff like that...
