The web-page is downloading fine in both Firefox and IE7 when we run
in an "xampp" server . But when we try to do in a separate server
where only PHP is installed,it is giving problem .There is a top 15px
margin in ie7 and in some parts of page css is not being applied to
fonts. But when i am giving -15px top margin its working fine.
