Oh, I see. I'd understood her as having different partitions/HD's on a single machine, and thought you typo'd while trying to tell her how to mount the non-Linux section directly. Your advice applies if the Feisty and Windows machines are networked via ethernet. And there does seem to be some confusion as to which case we're dealing with :) I dislike the fact that, in Y!groups one cannot edit one's posts once sent...
