Some html editors for Linux are: Nvu, Quanta Plus, Amaya, Bluefish, Peacock, Screem, and Mozilla Composer. There are many more, but these are some of the best known ones. If you know html then you can use just about any text editor. They go from the basic to WYSIWYG. There are also several java html editors.
