...you will discover that it is intended to be used with email 
gateways... and works with sendmail (and possibly other MTA's).

It is not a personal computer application... it resides on the 
mailserver, where end-users will log in to collect their email, and 
removes viruses on that machine, before you (the end-user) download 
your email.
