Seriously, I do understand what you mean. Have you tried posting the
question on Ubuntu forums? From what I've seen, they are incredibly
helpful.
(So, of course, are many on this list. As for me, as I said, I'm simply
not familiar with the tools they use, so can't, unfortunately, give more
aid.)
