  Cool, thanks for the info.  There are certainly plenty of reasons to bash M$ 
so it's good to be able to avoid one erroneous idea, and that will definitely 
be some good info to keep in mind if/when I purchase a new machine.  Of course, 
who am I kidding...we all know how these thoughts pan out, right?  lol
