Thank you all for your help. After much investigation I found out that Multisession CD's burnt with Ashampoo Burning Studio using Windows OS cannot continue to being usedas a multisession CD in Linux OS. Do not ask me why don't know.
I burnt various Cd's and DVD's using K3b, very good program, without troubles, did a multisession DVD without problems also I found out that to burn DVD's the speed has to be X8 or x4 for the multi session to work. By the way I also tried out Nero Linux 4 , that is another good burning program.
