Do you still have the PCI video card in the system?  You can remove
it.  All the extra card was for was so that you could have a factory
BIOS enviromnet where the on board video was not posted.

For LinuxBIOS you don't need that.  Remove it and see if Linux bios
sets up the card correctly.

Then you can enable the VGA emulator options.
