I've tried to make it as small as possible while still keeping the
LinuxBIOS stuff as well as the networking support we're going to need.
At this point we're looking at going to either a CompactFlash-based or
DoC solution for some things, but there are some situations where having
no non-volatile storage at all would be necessary. Besides, obviously, the
smaller we can get the kernel, the more space we have for other utilities
and programs :-)
