That was my stupid mistake.
To exit MB PnP mode, manual says "set bit 1 as 1". And I interpreted it as 0x01.
Ofcause, it should be 0x02.
And there was another problem. CLKIN must be setted to 24Mhz while the default value is 48Mhz.
I attached fixed "setup_serian.inc" for it8712f.
I hope somone add this to superio/ITE/it8712f directory in cvs tree.
