Um... well under $200?  Not unless you are building a whole _bunch_
of them.  Even then I'm doubtfull.

We have built small runs (<= 25)  of prototype PIII boards and to
meet our markup % they worked out somewhere in the $300 range.  + a
fairly large NRE.  Granted these were more complex than what a
cluster node would be but 8 ethernet ports alone is going to be fair
ammount of $$.  Expecially if they were gigabit.

You can't just go by raw parts cost alone.  There are a whole bunch
of other issues that keep the base cost to build a CPU board up there
in quantities < 1000.
