L440GX IRQ_TABLES! WORKS!

Thanks to Nikolai Vladychevski for the pirq code. For the L440GX all I had to 
do was run getpir, then import the irq_tables.c into 
src/mainboard/intel/l440gx, fix up Config, and it all works. 

I have committed this, so l440gx IRQs are now fine.
