I added a makemap reference to the linuxconf.daemons file and the error
went away..
Now I'm having major problems trying to move my dns over to the new
server... it doesn't want to work properly, and therefore sendmail doesn't
initialize properly either. I'll do a clean install tommorrow and hope for
the best...
It shouldn't be this hard to upgrade my server....
