Honestly, this was driving me crazy as non-linuxconf it worked great, and the moment I added linuxconf, the same ipfwadm rules no longer worked. I was questioning my sanity at one point, but fortunately, it was just oversight for the routing issue on my part :-) >I hope this helps. If not, get back. Now, this is the way it is working with MANUAL dialing of PPP. If I'll enable demand-dial, which goes via the sl0 interface at 127.0.0.11 (on my system), I supposed that I will need to adjust the ruleset accordingly - specifically probably set the 0.0.0.0 network setting in the TO: field of the forwarding rules to 127.0.0.11.
