I figured out the answer to the second question. The mx records are done by the mx advertise part of the domain set-up. The priority is set by the order in the list. The higher the position, the higher the prioity (lower cost value) automatically set by linuxconf. So now I still need to know how to handle the xfernet issue a.k.a. allow-transfer option.
