The problem with manually adding the global allow-transfer option is that 
the next time you try to use linuxconf to do anything with the DNS, it 
chokes on the directive and wants to clear the whole nmaed.conf file.  (I 
know since I tried it.)  Adding the directive manually works, although 
using the network name instead of specific hosts doesn't work as far as I 
can tell.  named doesn't line something like 200.100.50 or 200.100.50.0.

This looks like something that needs to be fixed in the dnsconf module.  
There needs to be the ability to set the allow-transfer feature.  I am 
going to repost this as a new thread, since this is a security issue.
