OnShore.net produces an atonishing GPLed tool: OnShore's Timesheet. I'm not
really sure if this is what you are looking for (last time I was near
Outlook I got hurt pretty bad -- I won't come within 20 m of it now)
It's included in Debian's Potato distribution as onshore-timesheet, and it's
available at: http://www.onshore-timesheet.org/
