That's a good point. Actually, there is also the need to speek about a
date. We have the following problem: Belgium is quite far behind in linux
matter and after a lot a speeches, meetings, e-mails, we got (maybe) the
opportunity to organise something at the ULB (free university of brussels)
(maybe, nothing sure) and we need to get an exact date to reserve a room.

I think like you: actually, each LUG should consider how many T-shirts it
needs and then buy them -- btw: what would be the price (incl. tax,
transport) ? There is also this @#!! problem of distance (the geographic
one) between USA and Europe. How about that ?
