Mail from ILUG-BOM list (Non-Digest Mode)
hi,
i did something which might be stupid but my desire to connect to the net
prompted me to.
i do not remember what i did (thats the problem...i forget)
but while booting...
starting interface ppp0....
comes up and the modem starts ringing.at which point i switch off the modem
and start it again.
and when i use kppp to log on, the modem does not do the usual thing that it
used to do earlier.
HELP!!! me to get the modem to dial to VSNL.
