Sometime Today, Sameer D. Sahasrabuddhe assembled some asciibets to say:

It's called the ACM. You'd normally have to be a member to receive these
reminders. US$80/year for individuals, or an entire college could join
(like SNDT has) for a different fee. They post it to the entire group
at the same time that they post to members, so any delays are due to our
own mail system.
