[ILUG-BOM] query regarding conceptual code

hi everybody!!                     well could anyone tell me if there r packet analysers , not the one's for the lan but those packets that come from the internet that give as much details like the headers, flags, checksum values, etc etc for a protocol?? any help would be appreciated.. thanks vladimir...  ;)..
