Will have to look around. Never seen a ./INSTALL file which mentioned such
an option.

:-) Come on, man! (was that a pun?) Of course I looked at the manpage. But
it doesn't have anything to say about this. From what I gather, I might
have to do the following:
untar the source
run ./configure
edit the specfile to ignore the first few stages of building rpm's
tar the source again, with the new specfile in place
run "rpm -tb <new_tarball>"
Is there a better way?
