Hi, When I start my system using the "single" parameter at LILO prompt, the system boots into runlevel 1, alright. But there's no login prompt for the root password. It just assumes root login and starts with su priviledges How can that be? If this happens on a network, it can spell trouble if anybody gets physical access to the system. Is there a workaround?
