Yes the happy99.exe is a virus
One of the old ones
Heard about the melissa variant ... worm .. something
It also propagates as an attachment ( A one which sports a winzip icon at
that )
For linux ...
could be tricked into running a setuid proggy
or a trojan
But the concept of viruses I guess does not exist due to the inherent
protection mask security
present in all UNIX variants including linux
