First , the source should be in the first CD itself and an option is provided among all those various sections that you have in the customization option. There are 2 aspects to it a) The kernel headers .. which I presume are the files that you found in the include directory b) the kernel source (Check for a file with linux-2.0.36.i386.rpm .. that should be it )
The SRPMS CD contains the source for not only the kernel but also the other software that is present on the first CD
An easy way to search for the kernel file is check for the file size. Should be at least a 11-15M rpm.
