Hi Romin,

   Depending on your default shell, you have
to put the line "/usr/games/fortune" in the
respective file which executes while you
log in. All these files reside in your home
directory.

bourne shell (sh)--add that line to---  .profile
bourne again(bash) ------------- .bash_profile
C shell (csh)      ------------- .login
