I still haven't got the question correctly I guess.

(Forgive me for making a naive guess, but ...) are you looking for the
/etc/rc.d/init.d/inet script?

The individual services have to be controlled by editing the
/etc/inetd.conf file though. But the superserver can be controlled
(start/stop/restart/reload/status) by the above script.
