Hi Aravind
There is no way you can boot an OS without an OS loader. Win 95 / 98 does not have an
OS loader because it doesn't recognise any other OS. However all OS's which are
capable of detecting another OS like Unix, Win NT (3.x and above) do have an OS loader.
The only thing you can do is keep one OS as ur default OS. (I have Linux as Default).
