Who's talking of costs at all ? :-)
I know many assemblers who have the pirated versions. About 4 years back,
even Aptech was ready to install SCO on my machine. They were charging me
Rs.2000 for installation and 3 months of 'service'. I chose Linux !! :-)

SCO Unix isn't free. How do you think they are going to account for the
price?
And why SCO of all operating systems?
