As far as the DHCP server goes, there's a howto on that too. INND might
already be setup. Maybe someone else can tell you how to configure a
dial-up server.
As far as the security hole in RH6.0 and 6.1, you could get the patch from
RH. Or just remove userhelper, since you probably don't use it anyway.
