It doesn't really matter. Regular visitors to a cybercafe can have an
account created on the CC server. That way all their settings will remain
the same the next time they come to the CC. I believe this was brought up
at the meeting. This has the advantage that even browser settings, and
mail settings can remain the same. People no longer have to worry about
clearing their cache and making sure they have logged out of hotmail or
whatever webmail service they use.
For non regular visitors, there will be a common guest login. If I were
going to a CC only once, I would not leave my settings on that machine and
nor would I expect the previous user to have left his settings. I'm sure
we can write a small script that will automatically clear out settings of
the guest account and put it into the logout script.
