You have to send the transfer request from
www.networksolutions.com/makechanges if the registrar is Network
Solutions..or else if the registrar is different then go to their respective
sites and search for name server change area..
give the domain name over there...
And select the Advanced users and then service agreement..give the Name
server details of the hosting company or the ISP..
IP address is automatically allocated to you.. when you change over your
hosting company the new hosting company allots you new IP address..
