in case of networksolutions.com you can send the trasnfer request and this
change of nameserver request will be sent in to the admin contact email
address for confirmation and once the admin contact confirms the transfer
takes place..
In case of register.com at the time of registration you are given a username
and password, so obviously only the person who registred the domain can send
in the transfer template, but then also it sends email to the REGISTRANT for
confirmation.(Register.com send a wierd email saying, you have requested to
delete the nameserver pls confirm the same by replying, now obviously new
ppl cannot understand this funda and never reply to the email and the
transfer doesnt take place)
