u do not need to fill any form for MX Records. you need to to the chnages in
the zone file of your domain, which is normally found in the /var/named
directory of your host system running the dns server.

Can somebody please tell me how to change an MX record for my mail server?
Our domain is registered at NSI and I've filled out the forms for
transferring that, but I also need to fill out a form for MX transfer and
can't find it.
It is probably at dotcom essentials, but I couldn't find it there. Damn
site wasn't designed with lynx users in mind.
