Good combo on screen but how will it look on a projector?  I've had some
experience with this particular projector to know that it is good only
with really basic colours: Black White Red Blue.  Even at 16M colours. 
(BTW it was blue, black and a really bad yellow-green on my 256 colour
display). 

Oh yeah, I didn't exactly reduce the size, it's just that gzip gives
better compression than pkzip.  When I used zip on the same files, I got a
22KB file.

My reasons for changing gifs to pngs: gif licencing is against the open
source and free software philosophy.

My reason for changing the colours: Looks better on a projector.

Let me also note that it is only thanks to you that we even have a
template.  I don't think I would have gone to the trouble to doing it so
well. I have only made small modifications to your files. Thank you for
taking the time to build them.
