I have made some minor changes to the template that Mayuresh made.
Basically moved the stylesheets out of the html and into a single css
file. Also, changed the format of the toc page so that items are
separated by the day on which they will be held.
I will also be converting the gifs to pngs in a little while (Gimp seems
to be dumping core when I do that).

I think it would be best if you'll just mailed the document file in to me.
I can include it in the template.
Everyone should also prepare documentation for distribution. Please mail
