When I posted that, even I didn't know what to do ... but later I found the
required packages on the CHIP October99 CD. It has a separate directory at
"/mnt/cdrom/software/linux/sawmill" with the relevant packages -
librep-0.3-1.i386.rpm
rep-gtk-0.2-3.i386.rpm
