D-Link DE-220 P is an ISA-PNP card.
Do the following steps:
1. do `pnpdump > /etc/isapnp.conf
2. edit /etc/isapnp.conf and uncomment the lines containing io and irq lines.
and also a line (ACT Y). Read man isapnp.conf, a very good man page.
3. do isapnp /etc/isapnp.conf
4. modprobe modulename
This should solve your problem. I think the io port for the card is 0x320 and irq is
10. Try this values and you should be able to
configure the same.
