Hi all,
I am interested in configuring a Yamaha DS-XG sound card on RHL 6.1.
Since its not supported, sndconfig fails after probing and reporting a
YMF724
chip. OSS commercial drivers are available (but you require dollars :-(
) and Alsa drivers not yet supporting this chip.
Sound how-to hasn't been of much help. Can some one point to better
sources of
information?
