Or, as someone has mentioned, charge at the LUG meeting, but not for one's
first LUG meeting.

Actually, the mailing list is at its optimum size. See, we don't have too
much traffic (despite what some people (no one in particular, just the
types that whine when $TODAYS_MESSAGES > 10) might think) but we do have
enough people to have good discussions and support.

Why are we bothering about b'lore and pune? LUGs, IMO, are good at the
city level only. Bigger LUGs would be more for administration and
formality. Smaller LUGs are for quick OTS stuff, like 1st-level support
and on-site stuff (installation, support, training).
