it doesnt matter what packages they give..what matters
is what protocol they use..i.e whether CHAP/PAP etc.
and whether ur OS can provide support for it.
In linux, u will be using a script, like mebbe wvdial,
to dial, auhenticate and establish a connection.There,
u will need to 'speak' the ISP's protocol. thats all!
so 'which ISP can be used with Linux' is
'misnomerish'.
i've vsnl and mtnl..but i'm sure u can 'use' the
others.
