If you modify your /etc/sudoers file to
username ALL = NOPASSWD: ALL

Dangerous! Extremely dangerous!!

Since only a particular user is given the permission it is not so
dangerous. But even then you can allow only a particular command to be
run. I dont remember the exact command. Often the sudoers file itself
has hints on how to do this.
