needs to figure out their own rules, and it's best to start with
none but the most basic - ie, no personal attacks and profanity.
i havent said we need to import wikipedia rules in toto. In fact this
is only the second rule we are discussing - and in this case, I find
the wikipedia rule fits perfectly.
