Hi, Having faith in GNU/Linux..I am not willing to use Windows on my new purcahaes of laptops preloaded this OS. Like Europe, could it be possible for India to get money back by freeing ourself from the Windows tax by returning unused Windows license on new purchase of laptop/PC?
