Did it occur that you might want to blog about it ? Anyway, do read up
the fine print on your contract with Sify and check if negligence to
revert has any compensation-to-customer clause


Did it occur to you that we are living in India?  I have previously
considered blogging about my VSNL experience, and I will certainly do so now
- I also have the complaint numbers from February written down!  But who
will read my blog? Who will raise a ruckus?

As far as I know, service providers like Sify and VSNL will just act
complacently, knowing that the customers are generally locked in and do not
usually have the time or the means to drag them to consumer court.
