Thanks for the tip, i used the same hard disk  on  another system ,
booted with  the same CD ( cent OS ) .... and  it didn't give me any
issue !! .... it seem to be a RAM issue on my previous system  !! i
guess !! cause the complete error was

RAMDISK: Compressed image found at block 0
crc error
VFS: Cannot open root device "<NULL>" or  unknown-block (253,0)
plese append a correct "root=" boot optiion
kernel panic -not syncing: VFS : Unable to mount root fs on
unknow-block (253,0)

........ any tips on how to check a defective RAM
