I recommend telling your management that those disclaimers have no value, and
are a waste of bandwidth. At least the Linux-India-* lists have a ban on
legal disclaimers in mails. If they want authentication, tell them to use
gpg/pgp, or get certificates from Safescrypt/Verisign/Thawte/.... and use
S/MIME.
Anyway, if you really want to set those, then set the signature in the mail
client, a SMTP server really should not modify a mail (it breaks digital
signatures, a a minimum).
